The GC of an Indian IT giant commissioned us to carry out a study to help the organisation envision a future-ready legal department.
We conducted over 15 focus group interviews with different practice domains and internal stakeholders to understand current state, pain points, and future possibility. This was augmented with secondary research on innovation and trends.
The result was a comprehensive report outlining how the legal function could shape its identity, leverage technology more strategically, and redefine roles to make them forward-looking.
