The GC of a leading venture capital fund approached us to study the processes of the legal team with the end goal of landing on ways to improve work satisfaction and efficiency.
After an in-depth analysis of people and workflows, we provided recommendations on involving the team in more strategic work. Our plan for running the legal team like a business unit found favour with the leadership.
We were also involved with executing some of our insights, including helping the fund create and recruit for a contracted Legal Analyst position.
