As Director of our affiliate firm Vahura, India’s leading specialist executive search and advisory firm focussed on the legal and governance domain, Balanand has helped legal businesses think through growth planning, operating model refinements, technology programmes and leveraging market intelligence.
Balanand is also the co-author of In-House Matters: A Complete Handbook for the Modern General Counsel, written with Pramod Rao and Ritvik Lukose.
