Chanchal is a legal talent strategist with a background in commercial contracts, employment law, and litigation. To the talent solutions team at Counselect, Chanchal brings conceptual flair and operational rigor. Pragmatic yet passionate, she is known for her attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
Chanchal previously led Lawyerix, the legal and compliance recruitment and secondment practice at consulting firm Lawmetrik (now part of Counselect). She built Lawyerix from the ground-up, designing and digitising processes, streamlining operations, and leveraging technology to create a seamless and scalable experience. Before Lawmetrik, Chanchal worked at law firms across varied practice areas.
Outside of work, Chanchal is drawn to things creative and calming: dancing, painting, home organising. These pursuits reflect her love for beauty, structure, and a sense of balance in both life and work.
She holds an LL.B. from K.C. Law College, Mumbai.
