Jill graduated from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law in 2019 and began her legal career as an in-house counsel with multinational corporations, including Capgemini and Morgan Stanley. In her previous roles, she advised on commercial contracting, legal risk mitigation, and corporate compliance, working closely with cross-functional teams. Her in-house experience gives her a strong understanding of the skills and capabilities that legal teams need — a perspective she now brings to her work as a legal recruiter at Counselect.
