At Counselect, Prajoy works on scaling the Managed Solutions and Excellence Solutions practices along with executing client projects. He draws on his experience across corporate legal and management consulting to optimize contracting practices for enterprises and help corporate risk functions deliver greater value to the business.
Prior to joining Counselect, Prajoy spent over three years as a management consultant across the legal and healthcare sectors. His work encompassed developing innovation partnership models and compensation frameworks for law firms, crafting legal-tech strategies to support firms’ innovation initiatives, designing process improvement and integration models, and conducting market-sizing engagements.
Before consulting, Prajoy practiced as a corporate-commercial lawyer at Anand & Anand & Khimani, specialising in technology, media and entertainment transactions.
Prajoy holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.A.,LL.B (Hons) from Institute of Law, Nirma University. Outside of work, he enjoys being a pro-bono counsel for folk-artists, indulging in his love for aviation, and working through his never-ending reading list.
