Schneider is a business legal consultant, trainer, and legal tech enthusiast. At Counselect, he supports solution-building efforts focused on aligning people, processes, and tech.
At consulting firm Lawmetrik (now part of Counselect), Schneider led Employment Excellence and Legal Tech Excellence initiatives as well as the POSH practice. As a master trainer and interactive e-learning specialist, he helped organisations modernise compliance and improve policy awareness through tech-enabled learning formats. As a Legal Tech advisor, he supported clients through adoption phases and also implemented solutions for internal collaboration.
Prior to joining Lawmetrik, Schneider practiced as a civil litigator, representing clients in family, property, and testamentary matters.
Schneider is known for his ability to lift the spirits of any room, especially when the going gets tough. Outside of work, music and singing give Schneider joy and nourish his creative energy.
He holds an LL.B. from K.C. Law College, Mumbai.
