With 19 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in leading banking and finance transactions, investment deals and working on various contracts and corporate issues.

Shobha is licensed to practice law in both India and the state of California. Her diverse professional background includes roles in in-house corporate legal teams, law firms, and legal services companies. She has also co-managed a law firm and founded a startup in the parenting sector. She understands the challenges faced by different legal teams and is able to use her varied experience to provide practical solutions to the issues faced by different kinds of legal practitioners.
