Shreya leads Counselect’s work on AI and data governance, developing practical frameworks that enable teams to use emerging technologies responsibly. Her work focuses on building internal governance structures, designing systems that promote safety and accountability, and creating tools that support confident, well-informed adoption of AI and data solutions.
She brings a strong foundation as a technology lawyer and policy advisor, having advised leading domestic and global organisations on the legal, regulatory, and strategic dimensions of digital innovation. In her previous role, she has worked extensively on data protection, cybersecurity, AI regulation, content liability, and intellectual property, helping clients navigate complex digital and policy environments.
Alongside her legal and governance expertise, Shreya is a trained coach with a deep interest in how people think, collaborate, and shape culture.
