Siddharth brings a blend of legal grounding, delivery expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit to the leadership team. He is a business legal consultant and contracting strategist with experience across the IT, finance, e-commerce, infrastructure, and defence sectors. He began his career in law firms before transitioning into roles that help legal functions deliver business value.
At consulting firm Lawmetrik (now part of Counselect), Siddharth led large-scale initiatives to reimagine contracting functions. His work included designing and deploying agile legal support models, developing contract templates and playbooks, and managing negotiation workflows. He also led the flagship Managed Services for Legal (MSL) practice.
Siddharth thrives in environments where innovation and execution go hand-in-hand and where he can galvanise teams while working on highstakes projects. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast and avid traveller, ever curious about new cultures and perspectives.
He has a B.A. LL.B from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata.
