Spruha is part of Counselect’s Growth Team, where she focuses on client management within the talent solutions space. In this role, she helps build strong client relationships, ensures service excellence, and contributes to the firm’s mission of delivering impactful and scalable legal solutions.
She brings over six years of legal experience across the retail and chemicals industries, with expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as advising on employment and HR-related matters. She has also worked on developing HR processes and data compliance frameworks, enabling organisations to strengthen people practices while advancing business objectives.
Spruha holds a law degree and combines her legal background with a client-centric approach to create value in every engagement.
