The website https://www.counselect.com/ and related domains, software applications, data, information and online resources (collectively, Platform) is owned, run, managed and operated by Counselect Services Private Limited (Counselect, we, us, our).

  • By accessing, downloading, or using our Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use (Terms) and confirm that you have read and understood the Terms. 
  • We have the right to change these Terms from time to time, and without any further notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Any changes will be effective from when posted. 
  • If you do not agree to abide by these or future Terms, please do not use the Platform. 
  • When there is a significant change to these Terms, we will endeavour to share a copy of the revised Terms with registered users on their registered email address.

This Platform provides information regarding, and enables you to connect with us to explore opportunities for engaging with, various services offered by Counselect (Services).

The Platform and the Services are only directed at people who have attained the age of majority.

Any account created by you, is for your personal, non-commercial use only and you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account passwords (in any). Any information provided by you to us through this Platform may be used by us to reach out to you and/or shared by us with our clients to explore opportunities for you. You specifically authorise us to do this when you choose to proceed with sharing any information with us.

Our processing of your personal data/information is as per our Privacy Policy. This Platform may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.

Governing Laws

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any claims arising out of your use of our Platform/Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

If any of the provisions of these Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, or, unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.1.

This Platform intends to provide general information. Nothing contained here shall constitute legal service, or professional advice.

5.2.

While several members of Counselect are qualified lawyers, we are not engaged in the practice of law. There is no attorney-client relationship between us and you. Our Services are provided “as is” and we expressly disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for any given purpose, of our Services.

5.3.

We will not be liable for any (i) indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages; (ii) loss of profits or revenue: (iii) business interruption; (iv) reputational harm; or (v) loss of information or data. Our liability to you in relation to any direct loss that you suffer due to use of the Platform or our Services will be limited to total payments received by us from you for the Services provided by us to you in six months preceding the date of claim.

You may choose to become part of our mailing list, or, WhatsApp Business Account, to receive direct messages from us. By accessing this Platform, you consent to receiving communication through any means such as emails, push notifications, text messages and phone calls. These communications may promote our Services. You can opt out of certain communication by unsubscribing to our emails at any time.
